This costume resembles something you'd see in a circus ring rather than on the infamously gruesome Vlad Tepes...but I still love it!

I had to use the heels on my shoes as climbing spikes to help me stay in this position. It was a touch awkward but completely worth it to get this stunning shot. This photo was taken out in East Marion LI/NY, it's a very wooded area and we managed to find a creepy forest with lot's of dead vines, moss, and rose bushes. It wasn't very pretty, but it made for a perfect backdrop against this gothic yet vibrant character. .

This picture shows off a little bit of my cape lining which I like! The cape is forty fabric strips sewn together to create the striped appearance. It was a huge pain to do and sadly it doesn't show very much on the finished costume :( This costume is made up of 18 yards of fabric and 48 yards of trim. It was crazy time consuming to make but didn't give me too much trouble, to see how I made it check out the blog post here: [link]

ALSO Oyari Ashito tweeted this picture on twitter with the caption saying "She is the real thing. Thank you so much for the beautiful work" then the official E*S twitter commented that I brought the character to life ;_; Dying of happiness I can't even.

I love the angle of this shot- it mysterious and eerie, yet you look so beautiful and calm. It's somewhat surreal. And as always, great job on the costume! It looks really well tailored and professional.
I like it too! I think the feeling suits the character. Thank you very much! :aww:

I confused you with a doll at first. Haha. Nice pic.
Haha, my paleness rivals all BJD's. Thank you! :aww:

No problem! I think your face usually looks kinda doll like now that I remember. I hope this isn't weird.

I hope this does not sound odd, but I really like your face in this picture, Its tranquil, cute but with a slight touch of creepy which just makes it perfect :3 You did a lovely job with the make up for this and the colors of this costume complement your skin tone very much.
I sincerely love this costume of yours you did a wonderful job with the construction of it. That dress is just amazing and adorable, You need to do a whooshy picture to show off that cape, its really is just too cute.
Great job cant wait to see what you will do next.
Haha, no, it doesn't sound odd at all! I agree, I think it has a cutsey creepiness to it which is kind of neat.

Thank you very much! That's so wonderful to hear. We took a lot of wooshy cape pictures! I'm not sure if they will ever be posted, though :( I'll get some swishy pictures up for sure after NYCC.

Once again, thank you! :aww:
